What you’ll do:
The Produciton Manager main responsibility is the Shop floor Operation for the two Eaton Business running inside Dammam Site, B-Line and Crouse Hinds Divisions, is responsible to achieve both divisions goals in the metrics related to Safety, Quality Delivery and cost.
This leader must work cooperatively with other functional leaders to optimize the different value stream structures inside the plant, should manage, organize and disctribute resources according to the different value streams needs in order to meet processes goals and commitments.
The Production Manager should maintain and encourage within his team a continuous improvement mindset while overseeing day-to-day activities in order to meet hourly, daily monthly goals.
The Production Manager is responsible for:
Implementing the Eaton Business System (EBS) under the direction of the Plant Manager.
Ensure that health and Safety is embedded in the daily production and processes within the factory through the daily toolbox meetings and safety improvement opportunities.
Establish a proactive safety culture of zero incicents while promoting and ensuring the completion of safety training, maintain positive atmosphere in facility that engages and empowers employees to implement countermeasures and safety improvements.
Measure, communicate and improve KPIs and act as an agent to support continuous improvement activities that achieve estblished improvement goals in an effort to become a lean model plant.
Ensure standard work processes are properly documented and followed.
Ensure that quality systems, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times.
Manage day-to-day activities, plan, co-ordinate and direct manufacturing processes and personnel into an integrated organization to meet established product delivery schedules at a total cost not to exceed the factory cost and the operating variances limits.
Create basis of continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work are followed and the area is complaint with safety and 5S rules.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and anticipate and provide for the well-being of the employees and ensure that personnel adhere to polices and procedures at all times.
Create and maintain traing matrix / plans ensuring personnels are trained as appropriate.
Achieve or exceed profit plan manufacturing margins on sales.
Demonstrated ability to make good decisions based on analusis, experience and judgment.
Hold regular team meetings and assign team member tasks and coordinate support activities from department outside of the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma degree
Min 8 years in Production supervision position
Skills:
Electrical product, Production tracking methods very goog knowledge in Lean manufacturing
Planning,Computer literacy, communication skills, decision making, Lean manufacturing principles and good skills presentations.
