　　The Production Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing our productionprocesses, ensuring that all policies and procedures are diligentlyfollowed. This position is accountable for various aspects, includingcontrolling manufacturing costs, maintaining quality and quantity ofproduction, optimizing production methods, effectively utilizingproduction hours, skills, machinery, equipment, and facilities.Additionally, the Production Manager is responsible for planning theproduction schedule, determining staffing requirements, implementingmanufacturing controls, and providing valuable expertise to otherdepartments. This role also involves setting production priorities anddirecting the development of an assigned team.

　　What Youll Do:

　　Direct and manage production

　　Coordinate activities through the planning and departmental managers toensure manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and costeffect manner.

　　Develop plans that optimize resource utilization by implementation of aneffective production organization and adhere to the approved budget.

　　Serve as continuous improvement champion for the production department.

　　Responsible to provide direction and coaching/development and leadershipto the production team.

　　Support quality systems and serve as the management representative forquality.

　　Monitor production standards while ensuring products are produced ontime.

　　Incorporate shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plantpersonnel

　　Who You Are:

　　What Youll Need:

　　Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering or arelated field or a combination of education and experience toeffectively meet the needs of the position

　　10 years management experience in a manufacturing environment

　　Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, andprocedures.
