Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Machine Operator is responsible for completing their job duties in a safe and timely manner both for themselves and their co-workers by doing daily safety start-up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts, i.e. lockout/tag out while using proper PPE.
Incumbent is responsible for producing a quality product, meeting all specifications of the Work Order, ensuring customer satisfaction. Associate is required to input information into the Machine Center computer and verify for accuracy. Production Associate will be expected to complete job task within specified time period. This would include setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocation.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred
• Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computer
• Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities.
