Seeking a Quality Technician in the Memphis, TN area!

　　Job Description:

　　This person will play a a crucial role when performing failure analysis. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the safety, efficacy, and compliance of medical devices with regulatory standards and quality control protocols. When conducting failure analysis, quality technicians investigate and document the root causes of product failures or defects, employing a meticulous and systematic approach.

　　They utilize various tools and techniques such as microscopy, spectroscopy, and testing equipment to examine and analyze the failed components. Quality collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality assurance personnel, to pinpoint the issues and propose corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Their findings and recommendations are critical in maintaining product integrity, meeting regulatory requirements, and ultimately ensuring that medical devices function as intended, which is vital for patient safety and well-being in the medical device industry.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Failure analysis experience

　　Inspection experience

　　2 years of experience

　　Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred
