JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Duties: Accurately uses computer system to scan inmaterials and finish materials out Trains and instructs co-workersregarding all aspects of the line Reads and understands production workinstructions and line sheets Responsible to rotate crew every hour or asneeded Responsible for the safety of all employees on your line Dealswith co-workers in a professional manner Communicates with Shift Lead asneeded Required to take a position on the line as needed Tends machinesand make adjustments as needed Tracks scrap and reports accurate datainto Nulogy Works at different workstations as production needs requirebut willing to work on the same equipment daily Works on various lineswhere tasks vary as product moves through different stages along lineEnsures work area is thoroughly clean before leaving at the end of shiftMaintains production efficiencies on a regular basis Completes qualitycheck as required Looks for process improvements through methods, bringup any ideas to supervisor Exhibits and maintains a high level ofquality and safety standards Understands and uses lockout tag outdevices Demonstrates and promotes the Company Values Education andExperience: Rewinder experience a plus. Manufacturing and leadershipexperience preferred but willing to train. Good interpersonal skillsincluding providing clear direction and instruction for the team,training with new employees, and providing feedback in a positivemanner. Helps the team with a positive attitude and leads by example. Beable to handle disagreements or difficult situations with team members,and works with the team to resolve the situation. Computer experience isa plus but will train. What do the shifts look like? 1st Shift: 6:00am2:00pm (Monday thru Friday) 2nd Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm (Monday thruFriday) What does the process look like?
