Open Molding must be willing to work on your feet and in 90+ degree temperatures during summer. Lots of moving around, pushing, lifting, etc. Must be willing to get dirty (e.g. resins). Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.Finishing Must be willing to stand and use sanders/buffers for 10 hours at a time and in 90+ degree temperatures during summer. Must be okay with a dusty environment. An eye for aesthetic detail is critical. There are speed requirements that must be maintained after an introductory/learning period. Faster and better = more pay.Closed Molding - Clean and prepare molds for use, Insert fiberglass sheets into mold and inject with resin, De-mold (remove part from mold), Keep department clean, Heavy lifting and pushing.Background check and drug test will be conducted.
