　　Responsibilities for Production Expert for MF - NPI

　　• Independently facilitating the introduction of new products in Manufacturing through the NPI process by coordination with the CFT and R&D, on time and to budget

　　• Serve as a focal point for all aspects of projects lifecycle management from the planning phase to the project closure phase - Manufacturing

　　• Responsible for project planning, execution, identification of resource requirements, quality and cost

　　• Regularly review and communicate project progress

　　• Perform ongoing risk management activities and ensure that appropriate risks mitigation is implemented

　　• Change Management for the released products - Responsible for the overall management of change resulting from the implementation of the projects

　　• Communication and Presentation Skills

　　• Critical thinking

　　• FMEA and 8D
