Job Description Summary
The Production Engineer owns the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation. Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
In line with Saudization requirements, preference will be given to qualified Saudi nationals.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate production activities on daily basis to produce high quality products.
Supervising the production processes, ensuring work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations.
Commitment to safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
Obtaining materials and equipment required for production.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in English and native Arabic speakers
Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 2 year working experience as a production engineer
Able to understand drawings, technical specification, and state on manufacturability challenges and production solutions
Thrives in a lively shop floor and cross functional team environments
