Production Chemist (Chemist / Biochemistry)Responsibilities As Production Chemist, you will be responsible forperforming a variety of manufacturing tasks associated with theproduction of Immucor reagents including processing raw material andproduction of product using the appropriate components, and chemicalanalysis. Additional responsibilities include: Performs processing ofraw material through the techniques of defibrination, affinitychromatography, cell culture, etc. Prepares chemical solutions includingweighing and measuring of chemicals (both liquid and dry) and mixingcomponents according to the SOP Performs limited chemical analysis ofproduct including pH, conductivity, electrophoresis, proteinconcentration determination, titration, etc. Performs routine up keepand maintenance of the lab including recording temperatures, cleaning,maintenance, and disposal of contaminated waste Accurately completespaperwork with minimal corrections Timely entry of Time and Materialsinto ERP. Keeps complete, legible, current, and accurate records of allweights, measures, techniques, and procedures followed or performed in anotebook, form, or batch record.
