Job Title: Crystal Growth Technician

Location: Rockford, TN

Pay Range: 24/hr

Shift : 7a-330p, Weekends a must

What’s the Job?

Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication.

Grow crystals used in imaging equipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Mix raw materials to a specified mixture as per process requirements.

Monitor various crystal growth processes to ensure consistency and product quality.

Maintain accurate records of all processing steps, both on paper and in a database.

What’s Needed?

High School Degree (HS Degree) required.

Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

Comfortable working in a hot environment.

Experience in a product-oriented, technical-industrial environment.

Good PC skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to follow process MPI documentation and safety procedures.

Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex instrumentation.

Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and computer proficiency.
