Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Candidates should be prepared to work either shift work or 12-hour shifts, depending on departmental needs. Flexibility is essential.

Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 (depending on shift)

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:

• Assisting with harvest activities such as preparation, sorting, drying, etc.

• Conducting conditioning activities such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.

• Handling return and rework activities.

• Performing quality analysis and control activities.

• Assisting with field management activities such as scouting and field maintenance.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a flexible schedule

•Are able to climb stairs, work in elevated areas, sit or stand for long periods of time.

• Are comfortable lifting up to 60# throughout the shift

• Are comfortable with physical work in various weather conditions
