Upon training within the department, theProduction Associate will be responsible for independently reading andverifying the job orders and then setting up and completing themanufacturing process. Duties and Responsibilities: *Read andaccurately understand the job order, instructions, and customerspecifications *Set up and operate different types of machineryaccording to the department processes and each job\'s requirements*Consistently evaluate product for quality, verifying departmentalprocedures are completed accurately *Record defects, document qualitydata, and work within the quality management system. Immediatelyescalate issues to the production technician, management, or engineering*Follow all safety training and procedures as directed by theEnvironmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager, including PersonalProtective Equipment (PPE), chemical handling (certain positions), andhazardous waste (certain positions) *Responsible for immediatelyreporting all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns *Cross trainon operations and equipment within the area Essential Knowledge andSkills: *Quality centered mindset with strong attention-to-detail*Able to be a positive team member while also working independently*General computer skills and ability to update electronic records andenter data into systems *Able to stand throughout a shift andindependently push, pull, or lift 25-50 pounds *Able to read, write,and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job*Consistently meet attendance requirements.
