　　Position Summary:

　　The No Ests Solo (NES) Program Supervisor is an administrative and clinical supervisory position responsible for the daily operations and management of the No Ests Solo (NES) Counseling Program and No Ests Solo (NES) Intern program. This program provides short-term home-based and telehealth counseling services to clients enrolled in Any Baby Cans programs of all age groups (children, youth, families, and adults) throughout 10 counties in Central Texas.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate performance of NES program staff and NES Team Leads.Responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day program operations including program services, quality assurance, responding to staff needs, client emergencies, etc.Conduct weekly team meetings in collaboration with NES Team Leads and Director of Family Health Services.Provide clinical supervision to NES therapist staff and interns on a weekly or biweekly basis.Monitor program staff to maintain compliance with all program policies and procedures, grants, contracts, laws, and ethical regulations.Monitor billing procedures of NES staff and collaborate with the Billing and Revenue Department to ensure billing and revenue goals are met.Oversee the NES Intern program to ensure recruitment, retainment, and sustainability of NES interns.Participate in weekly supervision and required program and agency meetings.Attend community meetings and task force groups as an agency representative to strengthen mental health services in the community.Contribute to the development of reports, grant writing, quality improvement initiatives and other program development tasks in collaboration with senior leadership.Establish and revise program procedures, manuals, forms, educational materials, and other program resources as needed with NES Team Leads and other program staff.Provide case consultation and support agency staff dealing with clients experiencing a mental health crisis.Provide counseling for a small caseload of adults, children, adolescents families, or groups as needed.Establish and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships to support agency programs.Participate in agency outreach events as needed.Other assignments may be added as needed or required.##

　　Qualifications:

　　Masters degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related field required.Required licensure License Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or License Professional Counselor (LPC), Supervisory status strongly preferred.Minimum of 3 years post clinical licensing experience.Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising therapists.Experience in maternal mental health and perinatal mood disorders preferred.Knowledge, training, and experience in trauma informed care and mental health evidence-based practices,Experience in working with low-income families and culturally diverse families with complex needs.De onstrated ability to cultivate positive and supportive team environments.Special Considerations:
