　　Purpose of Role

　　The Production Associate works directly with the Apparel Design team to support each Team Sports category in such responsibilities as style sketch updates, Production/ Photoshoot page creation, Team-specific artwork flips and presentation builds. The role will service all levels of business within Team Sports- NCAA (Onfield) and Licensed (Catalog).

　　Your Impact

　　Work directly with designers and design managers to understand all art requirements and timelines. Work closely with design team to implement changes in a timely manner.

　　Create precise, market appropriate, production pages, merchandising pages and presentation needs under tight deadlines for all product categories of on-field & licensed.

　　Build, maintain and release digital files for production hand-off from design team.

　　Understand graphic systems and ncaa style guides to ensure branding is consistently executed across multiple sizes and formats.

　　Work with design manager in creation of seasonal category content and milestone deliverables

　　Assist in product research related to a specific business initiative

　　Communicate cross functionally within each sport’s pod to follow through on certain deliverables

　　Qualifications

　　Entry level role - Bachelor's Degree OR 1-2 years production art experience in apparel design or graphic design.

　　Excellent Mac computer skills with full proficiency in in illustrator and photoshop

　　Other computer skills: Microsoft office

　　Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltioreoffice.

　　$49,916.00 - $68,634.50 USD

　　Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
