Production Assembler

　　PeopleReady of Crookston, MN is now hiring Production Assemblers! We are seeking Production Assembly Workers to work on 1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Friday and earn $23.49 per hour. Or 2nd shift 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Monday through Friday and earn an additional $1.10 per hour. There may be overtime opportunities available after the scheduled shift or on Saturday

　　Pay Rate:

　　The pay rate for this job is $23.49 / hour

　　What you'll be doing as a Production Assembler:

　　Perform all installations and/or assemblies within a specified work area on the production line.

　　Prepare work to be accomplished by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.

　　Ensure quality and consistency in installations and/or assemblies within a specified work area.

　　Ability to work from blueprints, process sheets, and/or written instructions, then build to those specifications while utilizing measurement tools and basic math skills.

　　Working knowledge of hand and air tools. Employee is regularly exposed to vibration, and occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.

　　Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.

　　Ability to bend, stoop, and reach. Be able to climb up and down, as well as work using a ladder. Employee will go extended periods of time standing and performing repetitive tasks.

　　Ensure workstation is kept clean and in safe working condition.

　　Be present on the job to perform the assigned duties and be able to work overtime which is often required to meet production schedules

　　Available shifts:

　　Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) and 2nd Shift (Evening)

　　Job requirements:

　　Ability to use small hand and power tools repetitively, as well as measuring equipment and tools.

　　Ability to read and follow intermediate measurements and instructions with a strong mechanical aptitude.

　　Be a team player, a self-starter and be able to work in a team setting.

　　Good communication skills, ability to work with little supervision, with excellent time management skills.
