If you enjoy working in an active, diverse, and interesting business environment such as the one offered by UBS Global Investment Management (IM), we’re looking for someone who can: Product onboarding and due diligence  Onboard products across fund types (MF/ETF/HF/PE) by performing exhaustive due diligence, working with global fund providers, assessing product attributes in line with regulatory and inter-nal guidelines  Execute adhoc regulatory projects, assess product complexity and regularly review supported product shelf for changes  Seek to ensure products are trade ready by ensuring platform readiness and working closely with platform and COO teams Fund Advisory Support  Support the fund specialists on-shore to drive sales effort via enhanced pre- and after-sales services  Understand all the funds (MF/ETF/HF/PE) on the platform and be a specialist for all fund relat-ed queries from the bankers  Ensure an overall sound risk & quality management for all fund's part of the platform by working on Product Governance tasks, assigning product risk ratings, ensuring the availability of all the relevant legal documentations and marketing materials  Update internal portals with fund specific data and ensure stability and accuracy of fund data  Supervise sales of the actively promoted funds on the platform.
