  Your Responsibilities

  As a Product Support Specialist for A&I Products US located in Rock Valley, IA , you will…

  Assist and advise channel partners and field staff in solving technical issues and parts look-up responsibility for all products

  Resolve in-field problems, collect data, and advise corrective actions needed while conveying to channel partners how to effect remedy and appropriate follow-up

  Initiate and Submit Warranty Return Goods Authorization (RGAs) / Return Material Authorization (RMAs) for defective parts

  Develop and deliver product training, technical, and/or business management training to channel partners, company employees or customers

  Investigate Non-Conformances and apply Corrective Actions

  What Skills You Need

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills

  Ability to multi-task and work effectively

  Coach, Develop, and Lead in a team environment

  Ability to learn and operate multiple business systems like SAP, AS400, and Microsoft products

  Ability to travel up to 25%

  What Makes You Stand Out

  Previous customer support experience with customer interaction regarding products, parts, and services

  Work experience in a call center environment

  Bilingual in French and English

  Education

  Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business, or other related discipline, or equivalent related work experienceWhat You'll Get
