You’re known for translating complex business strategy priorities and initiatives into clear and compelling written content. You’re also the person colleagues come to for help with producing slides for big presentations, translating a narrative into an actionable plan and have the ability to anticipate audience questions and prepare accordingly.
From business planning meetings with key stakeholders across Bloomberg’s Product, Data, and Engineering groups, to manager town halls, we can use your help to gather content and produce effective, professional, and consistent business plans. You’ll prep management committee and board presentations, as well as help our leaders get the support they need to drive their areas forward and help the organization develop a consistent standard of writing.
We’ll trust you to:
Support key strategic initiatives and business operations
Collaborate with Bloomberg’s Product, Data, and Engineering Leaders in business planning discussions, with a clear understanding of goals and objectives
Write compelling business plans and pitch decks, telling a clear story and staying consistent across business areas
Establish and promote the adoption of business planning best practices and guidelines to ensure all materials produced are consistently using our style and format
Work on high level strategy deliverables
Produce and maintain internal and external communications assets including business plan presentations, executive bios, briefing documents, company/solution fact sheets
Develop, share and maintain presentation guidelines and visual toolkits
Develop data visualizations, charts, infographics, illustrations, and iconography to support key messages
You’ll need to have:
A bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience in business planning or strategy, corporate strategy, management consulting, or similar role
Exceptional written skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content
Savviness in appropriately adjusting your message and delivery to various audiences
Project management skills, gathering underlying data, identifying gaps in strategy and partnering with stakeholders to manage gaps
Experience contributing to global business strategies, building message frameworks, creating content and pitching strategies
Ability to gather and understand feedback from stakeholders and then apply the content and make it consistent
Outstanding attention to detail and take pride in conception and execution of detailed presentations
We’d love to see:
Previous experience working with a financial firm or technology company that serves the financial sector
A track record of consistently meeting time-constrained deadlines without sacrificing quality of work
A healthy balance of collaboration, cooperation and autonomy

Salary Range: 155,000 - 195,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
