　　We have a product speciaist opening with one of our Raisin plants here in the Fowler area. In this role, you'll be responsible for answering questions via phone, email or social media. Other duties include doing quality control for the raisins and product testing by taking samples. The ideal canidate would have experience in customer service AND quality control/assurance from packing house setting. If you are interested, now!

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for receiving and recording complaints/compliments by phone, mail, email, fax, or social media.

　　May communicate with consumers/customers directly to answer questions or resolve issues.

　　Responsible for forwarding serious complaints immediately to Food Safety & Quality department.

　　Responsible for sending replacement products to consumers.

　　Maintains complaint management database, sample request database, and other data for Quality & Food Safety department.

　　Ensures complaints are handled according to internal procedures and any regulatory timeframes.

　　Follow internal procedures to source ingredients, prepare, ship, and monitor all sample requests/consumer requests to ensure delivery on time.

　　Perform product evaluations using USDA standards and internal specifications to meet samples requests.

　　Will be responsible for executing laboratory testing methods related to sample lab requests (e.g. Moisture analysis, water activity, brix, blend compositions).

　　Must be able to communicate and deliver information in an effective and professional manner via email, phone, and in person.

　　Must be able to multitask, manage multiple requests at a time, while ensuring deadlines are met.

　　Reads, understands, and follows all pertinent standard operating procedures.
