Job Description

　　Day to Day:

　　A client of Insight Global is looking to add aProcessEngineerto their team. This person will be working within their glass fabrication division - specifically in glass cutting, edge grinding, polishing and fluid fill element construction. In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop and create new ideas,processes, designs, and automation. In this role you will lead the effort in setting the direction for processdevelopment from new equipment designs to current manufacturing. You will help develop solutions to this company's core competencies to update and streamline existingprocesses. This company is constantly growing so in this role you will contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of the next generation high efficiency EC production lines help with the planning and implementation of new production lines and help unlockprocesspotential in production to drive out cost in the bill of materials or alleviate labor byprocessimprovements.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Must Haves:

　　Experience in mechanical design and SolidWorks and experience in electrical schematics using AutoCad

　　2+ years of manufacturing experience in a professional setting (co-op or school projects does not count)

　　Strong communication both written and verbal

　　Proven Leadership and motivational skills

　　Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field

　　Plusses:

　　Experience using Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, or Siemens

　　Experience in project management and to have been a part of the full launch of a project/design null
