This year's Graduate Development Program will have a target start date of May 2024.To learn more about CSA Group, please visit:Responsibilities:Be curious and eager to learn new technologies while applying basic electrical theory.Be willing to think outside the box to apply efficient methods of doing different tasks related to testing and certification.Work closely with a variety of Certification Managers to successfully complete training.Manage certification projects with the assistance of a mentor ensuring compliance with all applicable safety requirements.Evaluate products against requirements of the national standards and guidelines.Job shadow Product Safety Engineers and Laboratory Technicians to meet training requirements.Review test data/reports and show an understanding of technical requirements to support the application of the CSA Mark.Compile subsequent certification reports.Keep the Managers informed of project status as required, pointing out progress and findings.Demonstrate the ability to correctly interpret the results from the tests.Qualifications:New or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving ability.Must be detail-oriented.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Ability to work unsupervised, in a team-based work environment.Must be self-motivated and client-service oriented.CSA Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
