Summary Description:
The Product Review Clerk V is responsible for the preparation of all production documents and records. This position is responsible for ensuring that incoming materials intended for internal consumptions are reviewed and released in compliance with company policy/process. .

Quality Product Review
Review, release and disposition of multiple production lines per-shift. Must be able to quickly review and assess risk to customer and escalate.
Responsible for disposition and code conversion on ingredients for financial transactions for the plant related to product ingredients and materials
Responsible for the review and release of all incoming purchased ingredients and material for internal consumption
Recognizes and/or communicates QE driven decisions

Sampling & Investigation of Quality Incidents
Performs aseptic sampling of ingredients, materials, and products to prevent any cross contamination or erroneous results
Completes all pallet-to-pallet transactions in an accurate and timely manner in SAP
Sample collection: customer, corporate, and retesting product samples and ingredient samples
Reviews and prepares analytical, performance, microbiological, and physical checks to ensure that product being released has met established procedural steps.

Organizational Support
Troubleshoots Certificates of Compliance (COCs), and Certifications of Analysis (COAs), works with corporate and vendor to get updated/corrected COAs
Serves as a backup for various professionals at the plant.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Proficient in math, analytics and reasoning skills
Experience in the Manufacturing, Quality in Food, of Quality in Dairy industries is preferred
Experience with SAP and MES applications is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities/Competencies:
Knowledge of food safety expectations, SOPs, Cyberdocs, and MFG specifications
Has excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and deliver on deadlines
Ability to learn and perform multiple functions and tasks within the scope of accounting and hold and release team
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
