　　Job Description

　　PDS is searching for an F/A-18 Avionics Technician to join the F/A-18 Component Repair program team located in Lemoore, CA.Position Responsibilities:

　　Disassembles systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes.

　　Performs routine troubleshooting of avionics assemblies to isolate faulty electronic and mechanical components most often to circuit board and discrete component level.

　　Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.

　　Inspects component before installation or usage to verify cleanliness and serviceability of components.

　　Works under general supervision.

　　Replaces discrete components using high reliability soldering practices.

　　This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Minimum of 1 year experience working in electronics theory and troubleshooting.

　　Experience working on a diverse team

　　Typical Education/Experience

　　Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

　　Must be able to obtain a secret clearance post start.

　　Pay Details: $30.16 to $33.51 per hour
