　　Product Policy Manager Responsibilities:

　　Work closely with our policy enforcement and public policy teams to verify all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated

　　Help articulate policy philosophy, launches, and changes to relevant parties, including management, operations, and other internal and external stakeholders

　　Identify policy issues that require follow-up or investigation

　　Implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of policy and compliance standards

　　Create and communicate rules for how products may be used by creators, developers, and other communities on Meta, Facebook, and Instagram

　　Act as an escalation point of contact and manage internal communications for policy issues

　　Help craft for all global markets craft and implement policies that best serve the company and the people who use our services in these markets

　　Discuss emerging compliances issues and provide recommendations to stakeholders on implementing certain policies and procedures to remain compliant

　　Support high-level internal stakeholders and tracking region specific insights to help drive policy solutions

　　$175,420.00/year to $197,000.00/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. 　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a policy-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:

　　Initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

　　Experience in international Internet/social media content issues, such as intermediary liability, content moderation, and new and upcoming regulations

　　Working at a technology company or with technology clients, such as social media companies

　　Working as or with legal counsel to interpret regulatory requirements applicable to technology companies, e.g., to facilitate regulatory compliance

　　Providing written risk analyses for issues online user generated content issues, e.g., to understand legal obligations and potential exposure to liability arising from different courses of conduct
