ABOUT THIS POSITION The Product Owner is responsible for steering Marketing Automation product development through focus on customer value. The Product Owner is responsible for being the voice of the business, the voice of the customer, and the liaison between marketing and IT on all automation and patient insights related development work. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Work with the technical teams and business stakeholders to identify user and group needs when it comes to marketing automation and customer insights. Contribute and work with cross-functional teams to drive a vision and strategy for Inspire's patient automation programs (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Marketing Module). Collect patient nurturing goals from Patient Nurturing Marketing Manager and create customer journey maps leveraging best business process flows within CRM automation functionalities. Understand reporting and analytic needs across the patient pathway and ensure proper functionality and data structure to enable visualization. Create and maintain the product roadmap, including sequencing and timing of capabilities and features. Responsible for the product backlog and refining it to reflect priorities, balancing benefit with effort, risk, and technical complexity. WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field required Experience with Dynamics 365 Automation (3+ years) 5+ years as a Product Owner/ Product Manager with responsibility for Marketing Automation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent sales and customer service skills Project management experience and/or strong organizational skills Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work and focus on generating business value. Proven online product management experience on CRM related topic and strong understanding of CRM KPIs, data, and analytics is a plus.
