We are looking for a Product Owner that can define and convey the product vision and roadmap to an Agile development team. ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes the product roadmap for the Business Intelligence Team.
Documents requirements in Process Design documents as well as develop user stories and acceptance criteriaPartners with Business Owners and Stakeholders to understand the business strategy that the development will support and relay that to the development team in order to produce high quality productsSchedules and leads meetings with the Business and documents outcomes and decisions of those meetingsDefines and prioritizes product backlog and releases while communicating the value of the story to the scrum teamDemonstrates product functionality while highlighting value brought to the business with the new featuresLeads and coordinates UAT testing and acceptance with the Stakeholders while documenting and relaying any issues to the development teamsCreates and document process flows, user guides, project plans, and wireframesCollaborates with multiple teams and stakeholders to set priorities, as well as communicate priorities and progress for the teamChampions and supports the product development team by removing blockers, escalating issues, and offering product guidanceDrives effective product releases by working with the stakeholders on production planning and executionDemonstrates ability to meet with Executive Leadership and produce presentation materials that showcase the Product Roadmap as well as accomplishments of the team
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceProduct Owner certification preferredPrevious experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is desiredAzure and/or Power BI experience preferredProduct Owner or Business Analyst experience requiredAgile product development experience, sprint planning and backlog refinementExperience gathering and documenting requirementsInitiative, self-starter, problem identification, resolution and analytical skills are essentialAble to work with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills are requiredStrong critical thinking and the ability to apply knowledge within a complex environment is essential
