This is a job for a Product Marketing Support Specialist - Mortgage position with a company located in the New Orleans, LA area.
JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: The Product Marketing Support Specialist serves as a crucial link between assigned line of business product and marketing teams and plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives for assigned area products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the marketing department on campaign objectives and strategies. Provide support in the development and execution of product marketing plans and deliverables aligned with overall business goals. Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned area products and services. Assist in creating marketing collateral and materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Support the planning and implementation of promotional activities related to product launches and ongoing marketing efforts. Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences. Contribute insights to help shape product positioning and marketing strategies. Gather client feedback and insights to provide valuable input into product development and marketing strategies.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in a marketing support role within the financial services industry is preferred. Strong understanding of banking products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. Ability to operate related equipment to perform the essential job functions. Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 25 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
