　　*This position is 100% remote for candidates based in the US*

　　We are looking for a great Product Manager who has experience driving forward complex technical products for enterprise-class, data intensive products, which will be essential to this role. Specific technical knowledge with Databases, Postgres specifically, will be key as you help deliver products and features that meet the needs of our customers with “minutes to wow” user experience, and drive business growth.

　　Your impact will be:

　　Working cross-functionally within EDB, across engineering, marketing, sales, and other functions to take ideas through the entire lifecycle, from ideation to production.

　　Working with customers to understand and incorporate their feedback into our product vision while also being an effective evangelist for EDB and our offerings.

　　Collaborating with product and engineering peers to deliver your product’s roadmap.

　　Making sure our engineering team is always fed with a prioritized backlog of features with clear acceptance criteria.

　　Supporting our Sales team. Collaborating with product marketing and enablement to ensure the field is prepared to support new releases.

　　Bringing an inquisitive, innovative & collegiate attitude to problem solving.

　　What you’ll bring:

　　Demonstrated success as a product manager for a complex, data-intensive offering with enterprise customers.

　　Exceptional communication skills. Able to explain complex topics and provide audience-appropriate summarizations.

　　Solid understanding of modern product management principles and product development processes.

　　Solid understanding of database fundamentals (types, uses, and features of databases).

　　What will give you an edge:

　　MBA with a technical undergrad degree preferred, but not required.

　　Understanding of the Postgres ecosystem, used/managed Postgres.

　　Knowledge of OSS and OSS communities (not just Postgres, though that’s a double plus!).
