About the role: The Product Manager III, Core CRM Leads & Accessories & Competitive Marketing, will support the launch and ongoing lifecycle maintenance of products within the global transvenous CRM portfolio. This role has direct product line responsibility for Core CRM Leads & Accessories, as well as Core CRM Competitive marketing. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Core CRM products, customers, and competitors, and a strong business acumen to lead marketing decisions for Leads and Accessories from development and launch through end-of-life assessments. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Arden Hills, MN office. Your responsibilities will include: Help develop, execute and maintain business plans to ensure accurate planning and address changing needs. Support the identification and quantification of new market opportunities in Core CRM Leads & Accessories. Coordinate with R&D to support TDP/PDP processes, lead development of marketing specifications, create launch collateral, and execute launch/commercialization processes in a manner consistent with brand strategy and key messages. Support portfolio health assessments by providing customer, field team, and business input to inform product end-of-life recommendations. Utilize customer segmentation and product-positioning models to formulate and execute effective messaging, concept marketing techniques, and channel management. Support key opinion leader relationships. Execute franchise efforts to maximize the effectiveness of global downstream marketing and sales resources. Lead efforts to identify and address competitive challenges, including the strategic and tactical development of competitive content across Core CRM. Develop and leverage relationships with US sales teams, and key cross-functional partners including supply chain, sales operations, project management, and finance. Partner with regional marketing teams on Leads & Accessories launches, portfolio rationalization decisions, and competitive activities, to ensure business decisions reflect global inputs. Appropriately utilize BSC systems and processes to execute product development and management. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of professional experience 2+ years of medical marketing or medical device experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and apply creative problem-solving Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team member Travel - up to 10-15% (mostly US; some global travel may be required) Preferred qualifications: MBA or related advanced degree Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management products and customers Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and creation of compelling, cohesive, and succinct presentations Demonstrated track record building relationships in a dynamic, matrixed environment Requisition ID:575982 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
