  Product Manager

  As a Product Manager on our Mobility team, you will create business requirements that improve S&P and client security, ensure customer’s follow onboarding procedures, and create value add automated communications with customers. You will partner with Development and Operations to create offerings that are leading the way for S&P in terms of security and data protection. You will engage customer and ensure alignment on launch schedules and updated security protocols in a timely fashion.

  The Product Manager will engage with all Product Managers within the portfolio to manage technology roadmaps, vision, and strategy to ensure protection of data assets.

  Preferred 5-8 years’ experience in Product Management supporting technical offerings.

  Experience with product management principles.

  Working experience with AWS and Cloud Environments.

  Client facing experience

  Bachelors Degree or above

  Experience in Software product management

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  Must be able to work effectively as part of a product team and foster team collaboration.

  Stays current with rapidly changing technology and applies it to business needs.

  Must be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.

  Other Skills

  Experience implementing technical changes to a large customer base.

  Experience creating technical product requirements for web service delivery.

  Strong written and verbal communication with a strong aptitude for presenting thoughts and ideas to all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

  Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others.

  Ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both a business and technical audience.

  Experience with VIN Solutions and/or S&P product offerings is beneficial but not required.

  This is a newly create role that will be located in Monterrey, MX that requires a motivated, self-starter who can be both tactical, hands-on and evolve into a more strategic role over time.
