ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Product Manager at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Create product release plans that ensure our teams develop software solutions using ADP's cloud-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, time, HR, talent, and benefits solutions. Work with Agile teams to understand product delivery cycles and satisfy a diverse group of global stakeholders. Own the design, document and prioritize product features. Work alongside a team of product managers and developers to bring information technology (IT) products to market. Collaborate across multiple teams, including developers, other product managers, and User Experience (UX), to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be. Work with the UX teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, product enhancements, and creating new services. Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive priorities will be critical to create a product roadmap. Closely monitor market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. Take the product into the marketplace and position it competitively for maximum financial benefit. Document and prioritize product features and learn and research new industry trends to make products better.SALARY: $124,551 to $134,500 per yearJOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree plus three (3) years of related experience.
