What’s the role?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Product Manager for our Metro and Regionals division. In this pivotal role, you will lead and contribute to the strategic planning, delivery, and execution of our digital product roadmap. Your focus will be on enhancing our digital product offerings and ensuring the optimal consumer experience across various brands.
The Role
Lead and contribute to the strategy and execution of roadmaps for consumer-focused digital products in the Metro and Regionals division.
Ensure successful delivery, execution, and ongoing optimization of products to provide best-in-class engagement and functionality for consumers, clients, and audiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business challenges, offer product solutions, share insights into audience trends, and guide them through the entire product development journey.
Maintain transparent product roadmaps, aligning priorities with business outcomes, and regularly engaging stakeholders to communicate product direction.
Utilise data, qualitative, and quantitative insights to drive product decisions and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment, sharing ideas, insights, and expertise to achieve optimal consumer and business outcomes.
Master prioritisation of tasks across products, assessing requests from various business units against key priorities, and facilitating their integration into delivery teams.
Who are you?
Proven experience in digital product management, including creating product roadmaps and successfully collaborating with delivery teams to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
Effective communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey clear understanding to diverse audiences, actively listen, and keep others well-informed both verbally and in writing.
Established reputation as a trusted digital product expert with a commitment to getting things done, from high-level roadmap planning to hands-on execution alongside UX, design, and engineering teams.
Strong analytical skills, capable of building reports, interpreting data, and deriving valuable insights to guide product decisions.
Experience driving complex, cross-functional product initiatives across multiple teams and platforms to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed.
Advocate for the consumer, dedicated to continuous iteration and improvement of the product experience based on consumer feedback.
Comfortable navigating conflicting business views and priorities while delivering on business needs without compromising the user experience.
Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to think broadly and work autonomously, managing multiple projects efficiently to meet business objectives.What’s in it for you?
