We are currently looking for a Product Life Cycle Manager (F/M) based in Aubagne (France).

　　Your actions are key to protect and develop our short/middle term business. You contribute to our success especially by taking part in our biggest customers projects linked to Ready-to-Use systems.

　　You provide the necessary support to the Strategic Key Account from the creation of the single-use item (all business areas included) to its routine use and until its obsolescence.

　　You are the interface between the customer's quality department and Sartorius experts (quality, product manager, R&D, etc.)..

　　What you will accomplish together with us

　　As a PLCM, you are responsible of developing a product life cycle management support for customer to maintain and protect current business, which help protecting Sartorius reputation and develop future short/middle term business & revenues.

　　You give support in tender to answer in a timely manner to all compliance aspects and then increase short term business.

　　You coordinate customer requests & projects (questionnaires/specifications/statements etc...) related to quality/regulatory affairs from the early stages of URS through to final product qualification at the customer's premises.

　　You monitor the implementation of changes notified by Sartorius and coordinate with the appropriate people all necessary actions in line with the MSA (Master Supply Agreement) or quality agreement in force.

　　You centralize the various requests concerning the whole range of single-use products sold by Sartorius. You analyze the request and define the right people to involve, using the tools available: DAM, SAP, etc.

　　You support local quality teams in crisis management linked to complaints.

　　You participate in corporate quality projects such as continuous improvement, KPIs, etc.

　　You propose and implement tools to optimize follow-up and communication, both internally and with the customer.

　　You occasionally travel to customer sites, Sartorius sites or for internal meetings.

　　What will convince us

　　Bachelor or master degree in quality or sciences.

　　Experience in quality management & Single-Use Technology highly appreciated.

　　Knowledge cGMP and regulatory requirements of the biopharma industry.

　　The mission requires a strong motivation for customer contact, autonomy, rigor, and adaptability.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Excellent spoken and written skills in English.

　　Teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams.

　　Organizational, autonomous and strong leadership.

　　Pack office (excel, word, powerpoint) and knowledge of software tools.
