Core Responsibilities
This product Leader role sits on Senior Manager level and will be focusing on the following:
Establish, lead, and run the creation of tools and templates for creators of all ages.
Lead a team (of 5) of creative gaming capabilities exploring new ways to create LEGO play through gaming.
Synthesize business strategy, customer needs, market analysis to explore product innovation.
Be a driving force and standout colleague in exploring new digital play within LEGO GAME, support your peers in their problem solving.
Enable decisions around using innovation for own games or creator led experiences.

The LEGO Games team is responsible for all game products across the LEGO Group. It is our ambition to demonstrate that games based on the LEGO Idea can be the most fun, creative and collaborative, while being safe. Developed for everyone and loved by children.
Do you have what it takes?
Being a great teammate, with a positive demeanor and good collaboration and communication skills.
Experience working with gaming tools and platforms.
Passion to create and work with creative team members to build outstanding creative tools and templates.
Thrives upon change. Comfortable prototyping and working with iterative development process.
Ability to organize and create transparency around own work, and the work of others.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English.
A strong leader that puts their people’s needs first.
Moreover, it would be great to some of the following:
Demonstrable experience as a leader within Product where you have directly led teams through product discovery, launch and ongoing performance improvement.
Proven ability in building and leading successful product teams, inspiring and empowering them to work towards common goals.
Experience in transformational work, including defining and improving ways of working between your team and partners.
Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
