　　In your role, you will have a pivotal impact on the success of our customers' business transformation and improvement initiatives. Designing a process and architecture target state aligned with an enterprises business strategy is a fundamental part of every transformation journey. The success of this strongly relies on high-quality best practices and expertise (e.g. in form of reference models, industry processes, value drivers).

　　Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to identify synergies with the rest of our portfolio, making business process and enterprise architecture design use cases more seamless, data-driven and AI-powered.

　　You will be working in a very diverse environment. Your daily work will include collaborating with fellow product leads, product owners, designers, engineers, and customer success (sales, services, marketing) across SAP Signavio, the wider SAP, and our partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will cover the entire product lifecycle.

　　What you will do:

　　Contribute to the overall Value Accelerator vision and strategy, as well as develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for the business process and enterprise architecture related Value Accelerators

　　Work towards a seamlessly connected business process, enterprise architecture and application world with semantically aligned best practices and reference content (esp. for SAP Signavio and LeanIX) to significantly shape SAPs business transformation portfolio

　　Discover and validate impactful business transformation use cases(e.g. target state definition, clean core, process standardization)

　　Identify new growth opportunities and collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to validate them

　　Create a compelling product roadmap and safeguard roadmap delivery to effectively work towards the product vision, customer needs and market trends

　　Collaborate with marketing and other units to bring new innovations to market

　　Monitor product performance, gather user feedback and perform market analysis to gain deep insights into needs, pain points, and market trends to continuously improve our offering

　　Collaborate with SAP-internal and external partners, to enhance our offering and stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices

　　Unlock AI use cases: strive for providing a strong foundation of process expertise to boost AI use cases

　　What you will bring:

　　Proven track record and success as a Business Consultant, Process Management Consultant, Enterprise / Business Architect, Product Manager, or related roles (SAP knowledge is a plus)

　　Strong knowledge and understanding of end-to-end business processes and business transformation-related domain expertise

　　Good knowledge of transformation methodologies, such as SAP Enterprise Architecture Methodology, SAP ACTIVATE or other frameworks such as TOGAF

　　Knowledge in SAP Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM or other business transformation tools, with a strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem.

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.

　　Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

　　Familiarity with AI and its application in business processes and business transformation is a plus.
