　　4 Support the planning of detailed product development objectives.

　　6 Engineering changes.

　　7 Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards

　　8 Support to manufacturing department, metal stamping and assembly process.

　　9 Assist in standardization materials, components and assemblies.

　　10 Provide Customer Service support.

　　11 MRP system SAP

　　12 Identify and perform cost savings and product improvement initiatives

　　13 Internal UL audits

　　14 Research and investigation

　　15 Project Management

　　16 Human resources administration

　　Summary of Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills)

　　1 BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　2 Engineering changes, specifications and documentation.

　　3 5 years of successful experience in engineering surpervision.

　　4 Multi-projects administration

　　5 discipline and pro-active

　　6 Analytical thinking

　　7 Team Center and CREO knowledge is a plus.

　　8 UL audit experience is a plus.

　　9 Bilingual English-Spanish

　　10 SAP knowledge is a must

　　10 Sheet metal process knowledge is a plus
