  What role will you play?

  As an IT UX communication content creator / copy writer trainee , you will be supporting UX (User Experience) content communication activities at Siemens IT and you will be responsible for creating and editing various types of content for end users of IT products and services.

  You will work closely to the end users to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback. You will produce clear, concise, accurate, engaging, visual appealing and user-friendly content. You will also ensure that the content and design is consistent with the brand voice, tone, and style of the organization and follows the company guidelines and style guides.

  Your challenge will be:

  Create and edit IT products and services content for the end user, such as user manuals, guides, FAQs, tutorials, newsletters, web pages, social media posts, and more.

  Research and understand IT products and services features, benefits, and challenges, as well as the end user needs, preferences, and pain points.

  Benchmark, design, and revamp both new and established communication and learning formats.

  Use plain language, simple sentences, active voice, and appropriate terminology to communicate effectively with the end users.

  Use and create engaging visual elements, such as images, screenshots, diagrams, charts, images, graphics, icons, etc. to enhance the content and make it more appealing and understandable and convey IT related information, messages, and instructions to end-users.

  Review and proofread the content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style errors, as well as for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

  Collect and analyze feedback from both the end user and provider to measure its effectiveness, impact and design being able to identify areas of improvement.

  Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in IT communication, content creation and graphic design.

  We are looking for:

  Critical Thinking and decision-making.

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively,

  Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines (going the “extra mile”), with a positive and flexible attitude in a multicultural environment.

  Technology proficiency / Fast learning on IT Tools.

  Ability to work on a multicultural environment / team player.

  Good time management.

  Excellent Visual Communication.

  Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (mandatory).

  Business-fluent in English language, both written and verbal (mandatory).

  We give preference to candidates with:

  A bachelor's degree or higher in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field.

  Knowledge in creating and editing IT product and service content for end users.

  Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.

  Familiar with IT products and services, as well as of the end user's needs, expectations, and feedback.

  Ability to translate complex technical concepts and jargon into simple and engaging content.

  Proficiency in using various content creation and editing tools, such as Microsoft Office, etc.

  Familiar with web design principles, HTML, CSS, and sharepoint development

  Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software (will be a plus)

  Digitalization & Innovation mindset paired with creativity and adaptability and openness to feedback.

  Critical thinking, technology proficiency and fast learning on IT Tools.

  Basic knowledge of User Experience Concepts.
