The Product Director (PD), Channel Strategy will reside within the Janssen Neuroscience Organization within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and reports to Group Product Director, Channel Strategy. You will lead neuroscience care delivery channel strategy development including Veterans Affairs, Integrated Delivery Networks/Health Systems, Community Mental Health Centers and Super Groups across J&Js psychiatry portfolio. You will collaborate closely with neuroscience key account management (KAM) team to enable strategy execution and make a real difference for patients living with serious mental illness!
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Understand and gain deep customer insights for neuroscience care delivery channels and within key accounts
Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to develop realistic yet ambitious brand-aligned care delivery channel strategies to drive portfolio growth
Support care delivery channel segmentation, growth target setting and forecasting
Partner with market access teams to pull through payer and trade strategies with neuroscience KAMs
Roll out strategy and resources with neuroscience KAMs working closely with aligned learning & development colleagues
Create channel-specific customer facing resources to effectively position J&Js capabilities and neuroscience portfolio with population health decision makers to drive action
Develop and improve care delivery channel playbooks to educate internal account managers and home-office colleagues on key care delivery channels and account types
Lead non personal promotion with care delivery population health decision makers to complement customer engagement of key account managers
Manage key account manager`s conference presence, memberships and sponsorships to ensure effective external representation
Represent channel and key account needs at national meetings/POAs and support execution of channel/account-specific session
Proactively collaborate, seek for and include diverse perspectives from various teams, including market access, KAMs, brand marketing, commercial insights, medical, compliance and legal teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Market access marketing or key customer/account marketing with a focus on population health decision makers required
Experience directing and managing external vendors/agencies required
Demonstrates understanding of key care delivery channels (e.g. Veteran`s Affairs, Community Mental Health Centers, Integrated Delivery Networks) and knowledge of specialty care ecosystem with experience in aligning incentives across the healthcare ecosystem
Experience in or understanding of core marketing competencies required
Demonstrates excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed organization and align various perspectives and partners
Strong analytically and ability to think strategically with proven data-driven business strategy development and execution
Highly curious and willing to dig deep to understand core customers insights and ecosystem dynamics; self-starter who proactively sets direction and shapes white space; courageous to challenge the status quo and lead the way with facts and data
Strong time and project management skills
Demonstrated executive presentation development and storytelling and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneDrive, OneNote)
This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 30% domestic travel
The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
