Reference #: 1040776Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in PA, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Product Coordinator in our Murrysville, PA facility.This position will work closely with the Order To Delivery Manager who manages this position.This position may perform any combination of the following duties:- Interface with sales force to provide support information- Configure equipment modifications and enter orders for new equipment and accessories that comply with customer's specifications- Maintain, updated and keep accurate inventory records- Act as primary liaison with other Cat dealers for equipment trades- Coordinate all details between manufacturing facilities and services branches with respect to production, shipment and assembly schedules- Serve as primary contact with outside vendors for various accessory purchases- Review and approve freight bills for accuracy before processing for payment- Update and maintain equipment purchase schedules to meet Cat Demand Management programs- Ensure utilization of existing inventory of parts and attachments on reconfigured equipment- Operate basic office equipment- Perform other work related duties as required

　　Requirements:- Bachelors Degree in a business related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable to the Company- Considerable analytical abilities in interpreting information to project specifications in configuring and pricing of equipment- Strong communication skills in dealing with both internal and external customers- Excellent organization skills to perform effectively in an environment of various levels of complexity and priorities- Solid working skills in computer applications and basic finance terms and procedures
