JOB REQUIREMENTS: Product Analyst - R0022902DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is responsible for supportingthe success of new product features working with both stakeholders anddevelopment teams to define scope and requirements. The Analyst musthave strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).This role will engage in requirements gathering, design sessions,project planning and documentation. The essential responsibilities ofthe Product Analyst are: * Developing specifications and ensuring thatnew solutions are designed for optimal access and usefulness andleveraging existing solutions when possible. * Help businessdevelopment life cycle by serving as a product SME to help identify andqualify business development opportunities. * Functional design ofcomplex systems * Experience working on a SaaS solution or product *Work with the Project Management team, Business Analysis team, TechnicalLeads and internal development teams to successfully implement thedesign. Translate concepts and ideas into design documents andrequirements for development teams. * Work in tandem with developmentteams through the software development cycle to see projects throughfrom conception to implementation. Create both internal and externalfacing documentation to support stakeholders as well as clients. * Actas subject matter expert on product features to other teams. *Participate in sprint planning sessions, and participate in Sprintreviews, and retrospectives * Experience working in an Insurance Agencyand / or selling Health Insurance plans would be a plus. AdditionalResponsibilities: * Acts as a liaison between customers internal andexternal stakeholders. * Manage and track the status of requirementsthroughout the software development lifecycle; enforce and redefine asnecessary. * Provide thorough and practical solutions to a wide rangeof complex problems. * Identify project issues and escalate whensupport is needed. * Assist with customer support issues and defectanalysis efforts when required, including defect and issue triaging andtesting. * Work to become knowledgeable on products functionality andto gain an understanding of health insurance practices and processes. *Assist with evaluating information, reconciling conflicts, decomposinghigh-level information. * Assist with scope definition high levelrequirements and done criteria. * Create process models and wireframesthat translate functional requirements into user stories and donecriteria. * Participate in sprint planning sessions, and participate inSprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Responsible for the applicationof systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting withusers, to determine, software or system functional specifications; *Responsible for the design, documentation, analysis, testing of computersystems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to useror system design specifications; * Responsible for the design,documentation, testing, creation or modification of computer programs.* Availability as required based on project requirements EqualOpportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals withdisabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity ***** OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Skills/ Experience Required: * ABachelor\'s degree in related field (i.e. Business, Finance, Math,Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience. * At least 4years of industry experience * Strong problem solving and analyticalskills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions withfellow team members * Excellent written and oral communication skillsand demonstrated ability to interact with all technical andnon-technical members of the organization * Self-starter with stronganalysis, communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills. *Competent with MS Word, PowerP int, Excel, and Visio.. * Works as anintegral part of a talented, accountable and driven team in afast-paced, proactive environment. Proven experience managing andprioritizing a backlog of user stories.
