Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join one of the world's largest shipping and logistics firms and elevate your career as a Procurement Analyst. This dynamic role involves managing contracts for over 125 suppliers, utilizing Digidoc for document management, and contributing to BVD Supplier Risk Mitigation initiatives. The successful candidate will also be involved in documenting standard operating procedures (SOP) for audit compliance.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Contract Management:

　　· Read and analyze contracts, logging details in a tracking spreadsheet.

　　· Ensure no duplicate entries and input contract header details into Digidoc.

　　· Rename and organize contract documentation in Digidoc.

　　· Update tracking spreadsheet with completion status.

　　BVD Supplier Risk Mitigation:

　　· Review and assess Medium Risk Suppliers.

　　· Cross-check supplier connections in BVD (Business Verification Database).

　　· Verify contract and 3PCOC (Third-Party Certificate of Conformity).

　　· Update Tags and Assignees in BVD.

　　· Collaborate with buyers to decide on retention or removal of suppliers.

　　· Follow compliance, finance, and CSR risk mitigation steps.

　　· Update tracking spreadsheet with status.

　　Task SOP Documentation:

　　· Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures for audit compliance.

　　· Conduct interviews on task processes using tools such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, and OneNote.

　　· Work towards completing the SOP documentation project.

　　Other Duties:

　　· Perform any additional duties as assigned.

　　Key Skills and Competencies:

　　Strong attention to detail in contract analysis and data entry.

　　Contract Negotiations is a plus

　　Proficient in Excel, with the ability to navigate and understand preset formulas.

　　Ability to learn and follow established processes.

　　Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
