　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management preferred.5 to 7 years of experience in procurement.Proficiency in using Oracle system and associated computer systems.Experience in cost and price analysis.Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.Ability and willingness to travel domestically and possibly internationally.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Proven problem-solving abilities.Team player with a focus on meeting team objectives and performance metrics.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet business applications.In-depth understanding of procurement processes, systems, and MRP.Skilled in multitasking and efficient workday and buying deck management.Eligibility to obtain a US security clearance if required.Responsibilities:

　　Manage all aspects of the Procurement Buyer role.Analyze material needs using the Oracle system.Prepare and solicit RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.Conduct cost and price analyses of proposals and quotes.Lead proposal fact-finding and negotiations.Prepare, place, and administer Purchase Orders.Ensure subcontractor compliance and control costs.Serve as the liaison between suppliers and internal departments/program offices.Manage Quality, Design, and Payment issues with subcontractors.Coordinate the Source Selection process.Onboard and develop new suppliers.Ensure compliance with procurement laws and regulations.Administer purchase orders through communication and on-site program reviews.Review and assess planning to ensure timely placement of subcontracts/purchase orders.Perks:
