Working on the Procurement team within the Finance group, this individual will own and drive the day to day purchasing activities here at HealthEquity.What you'll be doing (Job Duties and Responsibilities)Build trusted relationships with leaders and team members within the organization.Facilitate the approval and execution process for Operations Partner (vendor) agreements.Drive ongoing process improvement to deliver increasing operational efficiency for Procurement related processes.Maintain Vendor Management System (VMS) by updating relevant vendor and (where applicable) participant information.Own the update and maintenance of business and executive ownership for our Operations Partner (vendor) relationships within VMS.Ensure all purchasing activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization.Support the Corporate Credit Card ProgramAssist the Vendor Management team with sourcing and other Procurement activities.What you will need to be successful (Skills, Knowledge, and Experience)Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals across the businessDetail oriented and a customer first attitudeStrong analytical and problem solving skills#LI-RemoteThis is a remote position.
Salary Range
$15.75 To $22.00 / hour

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
