JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Procurement AssociateII with our client in their Neenah, WI location. This is a 3 month +contract hybrid remote position. Summary: Seeking a ProcurementAssociate II to help lower volume of past due PO\'s and aged orders.Responsibilities: Call suppliers to discuss open PO\'s. Update POs inSAP and Coupa. Interact with mill Stores personnel to validate itemswere delivered or need to be received. Contact requisitioners tovalidate POs are still needed or if they can be modified. Requirements:Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills along withhigh accuracy in high volume processing of data entry, willingness toprovide process improvement ideas, and attention to detail. Someone withgood administrative and customer service skills would be ideal. Must becomfortable with making calls and speaking with vendors. Basic ExcelExperience (Sorts, Filters, etc.) Microsoft Outlook (email). Customerservice skills.
