　　What’s a typical day as Process Technician ? You’ll be:

　　Inputting formulas and specs into computers to run plastic manufacturing machines.

　　Doing test runs to see if the quality meets the product specifications.

　　Making adjustments as needed to ensure the desired output.

　　Working closely with the Machine Operator and Set Up Technician to get machine set up correctly to manufacture plastic pieces.

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　Are an experienced thermoforming process tech.

　　Can recognize manufacturing flaws and make adjustments and tweeks to meet the desired specifications.

　　Have outstanding diagnostic skills – and like the challenge of problem solving.

　　Have patience, grit, and determination. This position requires lots of trial and error. Your ability to continue to work at finding the proper solution will make you successful.
