　　Tasks and Responsibilities

　　• Meet with key stakeholders to set the goals of the organization, gathering and analyzing data and process mapping, and creating reports based on recommendations.

　　• Great interpersonal and communication skills, report writing abilities, an aptitude for analysing data, and great business acumen.

　　• Evaluate employee needs, internal workflows, and business processes.

　　• Monitor detailed business analyses and collaborate with business and IT Digital leaders to create new process designs.

　　• Capability to Interpret complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders.

　　• Document business process modelling activities for future reference.

　　What your background should look like

　　• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

　　• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position.

　　• Problem Solving abilities.

　　• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as flowcharts Client

　　• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

　　• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all Levels.
