To efficiently process fruit and deliver to the main dryer.SUMMARY:Ensure proper sized fruit is directed to the appropriate line and machinery, while ensuring machinery is functioning at optimum yield and quality levels to meet customer specifications. Ensure targets of 80% feed, 60% finished and 20% reject. Work with co-workers to maintain a continuous product flow to the dryer.
