Objectives:
Design and develop complex projects in any product family of the Clearwater site, as well as other new product technology transfers to or from the site.
Has responsibility for technical aspects of process design and development, root-cause investigations/analyses, product functionality, feasibility, verification of compliance, manufacturability, technology transfer, and daily production support.
Responsbilities:
Process Design and Optimization:
Design and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Conduct process simulations and modeling to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Implement best practices and industry standards to achieve optimal process performance.
Project Management:
Responsible for process engineering project tasks from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, quality, and maintenance, to drive successful project outcomes.
Quality and Safety:
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Identify and mitigate safety risks associated with manufacturing processes through thorough analysis and implementation of safety protocols.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline processes.
Implement data-driven solutions and leverage technology to monitor and optimize process performance.
Technical Expertise:
Stay current with industry trends and regulations, technologies, and best practices in process engineering.
Share technical guidance and training with junior engineers and team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or or a related field.
Minimun 6 years in process engineering, with a focus on design and optimization.
Exoerince with project management.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex process issues.
Experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in an Engineering Discipline
Leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
In-depth knowledge of process simulation tools and engineering software a plus.
