　　The Manufacturing Engineering organization within the Asheville site is seeking experienced and motivated Process Manufacturing Engineers to help develop and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of the assigned manufacturing area. They key manufacturing areas are focused mainly on conventional machining.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Own all technical aspects of the assigned manufacturing area. Coordinate with machine tool builders on technical requirements.

　　Work with vendors on durable and perishable tool design. Own the result.

　　Write part specific CNC programs when needed. Support production implementation.

　　Develop detailed work instructions for processes within designated area.

　　Participate in PPAP/MRL activities related to assigned manufacturing area.

　　Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and support improvements in cell layouts.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in an engineering technical related field or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior experience.

　　Hands on manufacturing know-how and advanced problem-solving skills are a must for this position.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　3+ years of experience in a precision manufacturing environment.

　　Broad knowledge of the Aerospace Industry and experience in Turbine Engine parts manufacturing.

　　Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

　　The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
