Our client, nutrition products industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have problem solving, multi-tasking, and good communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

　　Job Title: Process Engineer

　　Location: Evansville, IN

　　Contract: 11 Months (Conversion to permanent possible)

　　Pay Range: $28 - $35 hourly

　　What’s the Job?

　　Work within a Research & Development team responsible for designing, validating and commercializing processes for infant and toddler nutrition products.

　　Apply scientific and engineering principles to facilitate the design of robust and safe processes for liquid and powder products, while also helping the team identify new technologies and improve the existing ones.

　　Will involve significant amount of hands-on work in the laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments

　　Conduct experimental trials and heat penetration studies in lab or pilot plant environments independently or under supervision of senior team members

　　Assist product development and pilot plant associates in experimental trials, equipment operation, facility clean-up and sanitation.

　　What we're looking for:

　　B.S. in Scientific and/or Technical engineering field.

　　Experience with food/diary unit operations including spray drying and aseptic processing is preferred, but not required.

　　Some mechanical skills desired.

　　Ability to lift 50lb bags of materials

　　Flexibility to work occasional overtime
